Cancellation Policy:
Registration for the 2023 BIC charter service is SOLD OUT. There is a cancellation fee of $40. BIC will issue a refund of your registration fee less $40 through May 15, 2023. Refunds after May 15, 2023 will depend on the number of registered riders.
