You will log in to your BIC Club Express account with your user name (usually your first initial and last name with no spaces) and your password. If you don’t know your user name or password, leave the user name and password fields empty and click the “Forgot my Username/Password Link”, enter your email address and first name and click OK. The system will immediately reset your password and send you an email containing your user name with a new temporary password.
