RIDE HOST CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

ALL ride hosts should post the cancellation on Bicyclists of Iowa City Facebook, if they can.  That is the fastest!

SATURDAY RIDE HOSTS:

The ride host will decide if the ride is to be canceled a MINIMUM of one hour before the ride start.  When a ride is canceled the host needs to contact Rebecca Donovan with a phone call or a text, 319-621-0691 or an email rebecca-donovan@uiowa.edu.  Rebecca will acknowledge back to the host the cancellation. If the host does not get a response back then contact Donna Hamm with a phone call or a text, 319-400-4111 or an email donnaghamm@q.com.
If the host can't post the information on Facebook inform Rebecca or Donna and they will process the posting. They will also post the cancellation  on the BIC/Club Express Ride/Event Calendar.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT RIDE HOSTS:
