Wednesday Night Social Ride - Solon Rec Area to Sutliff Bridge Loop
About this event
Meet at the parking lot of the Solon Recreation and Nature Area, off Racine Avenue near Sovers Street. We ride the new trail west out of Solon to the roundabout at Ely Road, then north on the trail to 140th Street, where we head east all the way to Sutliff Bridge. After resting on the bridge and watching the Cedar River flow, we return to Solon on Sutliff Road.
This is one of BIC's most picturesque bike routes, and the ride back out of the Cedar River Valley provides just a bit of a workout. Rider’s choice for dinner in Solon following the ride.
Ride Length: 23 miles. Just under 900 feet of climb.
