Wednesday Night Social Ride - Herky St.-Oxford Loop

Got to get this one in before the season brings early darkness: The fabulous Oxford-Tiffin Loop, which takes us through some particularly scenic country and, time and weather permitting, a dramatic sunset on the last leg.

Meet west of North Liberty on Herky Street near Stoner Court (Herky Street is the first left west of the I-380 overpass, off Penn Street/F28). The Oxford-Tiffin loop traditionally involves a quick break at the Depot (a convenience store) in downtown Oxford. Then, off to Tiffin. Note that the map suggests a detour to the right and a stop for beer. Most of us ignore this, and instead head straight north on Ireland to Roberts Ferry Road and back to Penn and Herky Streets. It's riders’ choice for dinner following the ride.
